Man Bars Recipe

If you’ve got the munchies, you might as well make them work for you. Skip the empty snacks and try these easy, no-bake “Man Bars” - packed with protein and creatine to keep you fueled while you indulge.

Instructions

  • Mix peanut butter &  honey over medium heat in a saucepan until they mix completely together
  • Turn off heat and add Salted Fudge Man Cereal
  • Mix together until all the cereal is covered
  • Pour/scoop mixture into a parchment-paper lined baking pan and spread out in an even layer
  • Place in the fridge for ~1 hour or until completely set
  • Slice into bars and enjoy!
