F.A.Q.
Why take creatine?
Creatine is one of the most well-studied and effective functional ingredients out there. It helps your body make your ATP (cellular energy) and has been shown to boost strength, fuel muscle growth, promote recovery, improve brain function, and more. Whether you lift heavy, run far, or think hard, creatine delivers.
Why put creatine in cereal?
Your body absorbs creatine more effectively when insulin levels rise slightly (like after eating protein or carbs). We use high-quality whey protein which spikes your insulin in the same way that carbs do, creating the ideal environment for absorption. In other words: your morning bowl just became the most efficient way to fuel gains- no shaker, no scoops, no chalky mess.
How much creatine should I take?
Most studies show taking between 2.5-5g per day is the sweet spot (so that’s 1-2 bowls of Man Cereal). You don’t need to “load” it or cycle it - it works best when taken consistently, so eat your cereal, lift something heavy and call it a day.
Why is Man Cereal more expensive than regular cereal?
Because it’s not regular cereal, dude. It’s a meal, protein and creatine all in one (and is cheaper per gram of protein and creatine than a protein bar and creatine powder). It’s made with the highest quality protein - whey protein isolate - and is free from seed oils, soy, refined sugars and sugar alcohols, and all the artificial BS that you find in standard cereals.
Can I return it if I don't like it?
No shot you don’t like it, but in the off chance that you’re not happy, you can reach out to us for a refund within 30 days. For refunded first-time subscription orders, we'll deduct a $5 flat rate from the refund to account for shipping. See terms & conditions for more details.
Why is it for men? Can women eat it too?
We made Man Cereal with men in mind - high protein, creatine, no soy. Because most guys don’t get enough of what fuels strength and focus. But it’s not off-limits to anyone - women can (and do) eat it too. In fact, creatine has been shown to have even more benefits for women. It’s cereal for all mankind!
